OPTICAL FIBER DRAW TOWER COMPONENTS
We can upgrade and retrofit your existing Heathway or in house built Fiber Draw Tower with our latest digital control gear. This control system is built around an Omron plc and motion controller. We can supply a SCADA package as the main operator interface along with a data logging system to assist with post draw analysis of the fiber.
The Hardware and Software allows our engineers to access the system via the internet enabling them to resolve issues and carryout minor upgrades without the need for a site visit. We can also upgrade your fire polishing lathe with mfc's which can be interfaced with a pyrometer.
